Skip hire in Uralla
Uralla is a historic town with many older homes, plus farms and lifestyle blocks around it. Common jobs are renovations, deceased-estate clear-outs, shed clean-ups and green waste. A 4 m³ skip suits a bathroom, 6 m³ a kitchen and 8 m³ or more a whole house.
A different council
Uralla is in Uralla Shire Council, not Armidale Regional Council, so our Armidale permit guide doesn't apply here. If the skip needs to go on the road or footpath, ask Uralla Shire Council first on (02) 6778 6300 or council@uralla.nsw.gov.au. A skip wholly on your own land is the simplest option.
Uralla tip
The Uralla Waste Management Facility and Community Recycling Centre is on Tip Road, off Rowan Avenue. Council lists it as open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 4pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 2pm (closed Wednesday, Friday, Christmas Day, Good Friday and Anzac Day). The NSW EPA lists Uralla Landfill as a facility that accepts household asbestos; call ahead before taking any.
